Current VG Women's Fashion Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at the address vgwomensfashion@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 1173 Delano Ct, Chula Vista, CA, 91913, United States.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Once your return label is printed and you receive it in your email, you will have an additional 15 days to return your package according to the date your return label was printed, giving you 30 days from the date your package was delivered until the return process is complete. Items returned without having previously requested the return via email will not be accepted. We only accept returns for products that are listed on your return label.

Damage and problems Please review your order as soon as you receive it and in case of any damage take photos or videos which will be your evidence and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-Return Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or custom items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, final sale, all accessories (general jewelry, hats, belts)

 

Exchanges The quickest way to make sure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase from the new item.

 

Refunds We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and cash your refund.
